Finaly finished the scissor blade and it looks awesome! and huge, too! Its about 1 Meter long. I will make a photoshoot soon and upload some better and more detailed photos of it.

Can I ask how heavy it is? And also, what paint did you use, and how did you get it so smooth looking? It doesn't look like wood! It's amazing!

It weights about 900 gramm (1,98 lbs). I used automotive paint for it and to get the smooth surface I sealed the MDF with Resin. After that it needs alot of sanding to get a surface like plastic.
